Listing privacy notice
Version: free-listing-privacy-2026-10-06-v3
Public image storage
Uploaded images use public Wrenlist storage and may be accessible to anyone with the exact URL before review. Removed account images enter the automated deletion queue; short-lived caches may persist.
Controller and purposes
WRENLIST LTD, 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA, is the controller; admin@wrenlist.com handles privacy enquiries. We use your account identity, verified email, submitted public details and ownership evidence to respond to your request and provide the listing service (contractual steps/performance), prevent impersonation and keep proportionate audit records (legitimate interests), and meet legal obligations where applicable. Optional marketing uses separately recorded consent where required.
Public versus private
Business name, type, specialisms, visit arrangements, chosen geographic area, website, supplied visitor address, event dates and venues, description, opening hours, chosen public phone/email and the uploaded listing image are intended for public display once approved. Do not supply a home address unless you intend it to be public. Your account email and private ownership evidence are for authorised reviewers. They are not copied into public contact fields.
Providers and retention
We use the hosting, Supabase database/authentication and email providers described in the main Wrenlist privacy policy. Necessary service emails use Resend; message delivery metadata is retained for troubleshooting. Pending/rejected submissions are reviewed for deletion after 12 months without activity; approved listing records remain while the service is requested. Account deletion deletes your submissions, acceptance records, private review events, mail jobs and uploaded images. Minimal provider delivery records and backups follow the main privacy policy and provider retention.
Your choices
Use the owner controls to request an update or removal and stop optional listing marketing, or use Wrenlist’s global email unsubscribe. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object to relevant processing at admin@wrenlist.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not remove your free page. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
