Who provides your listing
WRENLIST LTD (England and Wales company 17381266), 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA, provides this service. Contact admin@wrenlist.com. These terms cover a free basic business listing, separate from paid advertising, software subscriptions and print-guide bookings.
Free means free
Submitting, claiming and maintaining a basic approved business page costs nothing under these terms. No card, deposit, purchase or paid subscription is required. A submission is pending until reviewed. A free page does not promise print inclusion, advertising, leads, sales, search ranking or a particular launch date. Any future paid offer requires separate, explicit agreement; we will not automatically upgrade or charge you.
Authority and accuracy
You must be authorised to represent the business and supply accurate information. Use your own verified Wrenlist account. Email verification verifies your contact address, not business ownership. We may request evidence or independently contact the business before approving a claim. Do not impersonate another business or disclose private information in public fields.
Publication and updates
We review new submissions and claims before publication. If approved, your page uses the existing Wrenlist business identity where one exists. Your public business information may appear on its Wrenlist page and in the Wrenlist Discover directory. Existing owners can use their authenticated owner controls; submitted changes may require review. We may correct, decline, temporarily suspend or remove inaccurate, duplicate, unlawful or unsuitable listings and explain material decisions where reasonably possible.
Your photos and words
You retain ownership of your material. Only upload images and text you own or have permission to use, including permissions from identifiable people where necessary. You give Wrenlist a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, resize and format that material for your listing and promotion of that listing on Wrenlist. This is not permission to sell your images, train AI on them, or include them in paid print advertising without a separate agreement. The licence ends when the material is removed, subject to up to seven days for automated image deletion, short-lived caches and necessary legal records.
Removal and closure
You may request removal using your signed-in listing controls or admin@wrenlist.com without buying anything. Removal hides the public page, and you can later ask to list it again. Closing a business should be recorded promptly. Deleting your Wrenlist account deletes your submissions, takes down a business page you created, and removes your claim, contact details and uploaded photos from a page that already existed before your claim; that page may stay in the directory as unclaimed. Other people’s independently supplied information or records we must retain lawfully may require separate assessment.
Communications and privacy
We send necessary service messages about submission, review, ownership, requested changes and publication. Optional future marketing is a separate unchecked choice; refusing or withdrawing it does not affect the free listing. Wrenlist’s global marketing opt-out is respected. Private account email, ownership evidence and review records are not public listing fields. See the free-listing privacy notice.
Service and disputes
We aim to maintain useful, accurate pages but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or commercial results. Please report errors or disputes to admin@wrenlist.com. We will investigate and take reasonable corrective action. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to applicable mandatory rights. Material term changes will be communicated; they do not create a payment obligation.
