For dealers

Your centre uses Wrenlist.
Here's what changes for you.

Short answer: not much, unless you want it to. The till works the same. Your stall works the same. The centre still takes the same commission. There's no fee that comes out of your sales — the dealer side of Wrenlist is free.

What you can do, if you want: see your sales in real time, get your monthly settlement by email, and — if you also sell on Vinted, eBay, Etsy or Depop — never double-sell again.

What does NOT change
  • ·Your booth, your stock, your prices.
  • ·How sales get rung up at the till.
  • ·How much commission the centre takes.
  • ·How you get paid at month-end.
  • ·How you tag your stock (unless you want to use Wrenlist QR tags too).
01
You don't have to do anything.
The till works exactly the same as before. The centre staff rings up your sales the way they always have — you just get an automatic monthly settlement statement at the end of the month instead of a hand-written one. No download, no login, no account.
02
See your sales the moment they happen.
Accept your centre's invite and you can log in to see what's sold from your stall in real time — no more waiting until month-end to find out what moved. Check your settlement statement before the BACS payment lands. Free for dealers. The centre decides whether to invite you; you decide whether to accept.
03
Never double-sell again.
Already on Vinted, eBay, Etsy or Depop? The same Wrenlist QR tag that rings up at the centre till syncs both ways — the moment something sells at the centre, it comes down off your online listings automatically. No more “sorry, that one's gone” emails. No more refunds.
Already sell online too?

You can use Wrenlist today — your centre doesn't need to be on it yet.

If you also sell on Vinted, eBay, Etsy or Depop, Wrenlist lets you list a piece once and crosslist it to every marketplace you're connected to. One photo set, one description, one form — pushed live everywhere in seconds. Sales, refunds and stock counts come back to one dashboard.

When your centre joins Wrenlist, the centre-till auto-delist switches on automatically — so a sale on the shop floor takes the online listings down within a minute. Until then, you get the online half today and the centre half whenever the owner is ready.

Got an invite email?

Just follow the link in the email.

Your centre owner will have sent you a personal link. Click it, log in (or create a free account), and choose Accept or Decline. If you accept, you'll see your stall's sales in real time. If you decline, nothing changes — the centre rings up your sales the same way as before.

Can't find the email? Ask the centre owner to resend it.

Centre not on Wrenlist yet?

Nudge the owner. It costs them nothing.

The centre tier is free — no per-emporium charge, no per-dealer fee, no commission take on sales. Most centres still run on a paper notepad and a Sunday-night spreadsheet. If yours is one of them, you can save the owner a few hours a month and put an end to double-sells in one email.

Wrenlist is built by Dom Cushnan, a UK vintage reseller, for the UK trade. The centre tier is free. The dealer tier is free. Reseller subscriptions are optional — they only matter if you also sell online and want the crosslisting tools. See pricing.
