For UK antique emporiums
For UK antique emporiums.
The infrastructure is free.
A digital till, automatic dealer settlements, dealer invitations, and a sales dashboard — no per-emporium charge, no per-dealer fee, no transaction take. The free tier is the whole base product. (Some of you still call yourselves antique centres — same product, same word.)
Paid addons (Emporium Analytics today, plus multi-location, smart pricing and CRM in the pipeline) cover the upside if you want them. Most emporiums won't need a single one to get value out of Wrenlist.
Sign up takes about a minute. Your emporium starts private — it doesn't appear in the public directory until you choose to publish it.
Free Wrenlist account, then a few details about your emporium. You're live on your own dashboard inside a minute.

An iPad on the counter. That's it.
Works on any iPad, Chromebook, or laptop with a camera and a WiFi connection. No proprietary till hardware, no card-reader contracts, no monthly fee for the till app itself. You install it as a web app from a browser and pin it to the home screen.
Scans Wrenlist QR tags or accepts manual entry of a booth code and price. Both feed the same daily tally and the same end-of-month statement.
| Booth | Dealer | Sales | Payable | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| U44 | Cushy Vintage | £412.00 | £329.60 | Paid |
| U12 | Ada Brown | £186.50 | £149.20 | Paid |
| U07 | (manual) | £72.00 | £57.60 | Sent |
No more Sunday with a spreadsheet.
On your chosen settlement date, Wrenlist generates a PDF statement for every dealer — sales grouped by booth code, your commission deducted, total payable, ready for BACS. The dealer gets the same PDF by email.
Paper-statement opt-in for dealers who don't trust digital money — posted second-class, around 50p a dealer per month. We've found it removes the last objection from over-50s dealers who otherwise won't come anywhere near a smartphone.
The base is free. Pay for upside.
Emporium Analytics is live today. The other four are in the pipeline — they're listed here so you can see where the platform is heading, not as a buy-now prompt.

Your dealers are never forced to sign up.
The till works fine for booths that aren't on Wrenlist. The cashier types the unit code and price, the sale gets logged, and the dealer's settlement statement goes out at month-end the same as anyone else's. No tenant meeting, no vote, no risk of a dealer revolt.
Dealers who do want to use Wrenlist get extras — real-time sales widget, online cross-listing, online auto-delist when something sells at your till. It's free for them too. You can sign your emporium up next Tuesday afternoon and figure out the dealer side at your own pace.
Built by a UK vintage reseller. For the UK trade.
Wrenlist is built by Dom Cushnan. Day job: Deputy Director of AI for NHS England. Evenings and weekends: cushyvintage — a real UK reselling business that sells on Vinted, eBay, Etsy and Depop, and has stock in an emporium.
Most UK antique emporiums still run on pen and paper. Replacing the notepad looked harder than it needed to be — so we built it. The whole platform is self-serve now, but if you'd rather walk through it with Dom, that path's still there.
